  • We are looking for talented sales individuals to share our zeal for quality and help drive the success of our ground floor operation selling outsourced technical services, high end computer engineering, bespoke product development, and systems integration contracts to clients throughout the U.S. We are looking for results driven individuals that are eager to drive success and be part of an exciting new venture within our organization.

    The role of this position is to execute on a defined the offshore outsourcing program providing sales, marketing and promotional activities that result in new customer acquisition (hunter mentality). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in providing IT solutions and services with expertise in the offshore marketplace. Previous experience working for an offshore provider company in the past and understanding of customer needs and requirements is preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Intelligently identify, prospect and qualify new business. Interact with prospects via telephone and email.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity.
  • Close new business and meet revenue quarterly revenue goals. Please have a proven and consistent track record exceeding quotas consisting of annual sales and revenue objectives.
  • Previous experience selling services leveraging the offshore market place is highly preferred.
  • Having a rolodex is helpful, being able to cold call is a must. These are required criteria in order to be able to meet your quota.

  • Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in services and/or consulting.
  • Highly prefer candidates who have sold some kind of outsourced services, preferably outsourced consulting services.
  • Must have some sort of technical background or experience so as to understand the nature of the technical projects we have worked on. Must be in a position, with minimal training, to understand, appreciate and elaborate on such projects.
  • Have a "hunter" sales capacity with a demonstrated track record of new customer acquisition and account penetration.
  • Strong communication skills: Possess superior client facing skills, strong ability to articulate, and ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Be organized, since good sales is about meticulous process.
  • Understand how to build and manage a pipeline, report regularly, learn from your mistakes, and keep self learning to improve your pitch and manage objections.
  • Be able to work independently and with remote teams – micro management will not be provided. There will be a focus initially on efforts and organization, and ultimately on results.
  • Quickly and clearly grasping what we do, what our strengths are, what makes us unique and what services we will not be interested in providing is a key quality we are looking for in a candidate.
  • Having an understanding of the overall technology landscape viz. a viz., cost advantages of using open source, advantages of web-services, what web2.0 is about etc will be considered a definite plus.
